Indie Pop Instrumentals is a collaborative pack between Treehouz and Jon Buscema (Devon Again, KiNG MALA, Emei).  These instrumentals were composed over several sessions in Los Angeles and recorded through analog hardware and handmade guitar pedals. Comprised of real acoustic and electric guitars, lush synthesizers, warm pianos, and gritty basses, these compositions provide a rich bed to begin an emotional song or beat.

All compositions are key and BPM labeled and compatible with all DAWS (Logic Pro, Ableton, FL Studio, Pro Tools, etc)

Are these samples royalty-free? 

Because of how many elements are included in each instrumental composition, the Indie Pop Instrumentals pack requires an equal split between all producers of beat sales and licenses. Beatstars accounts are Treehouz and pajamajon. 

These samples are royalty-free for and small (under 1 million stream) releases. However, once a release has reached over 1 million streams (collectively across all streaming platforms), the instrumental must be cleared and the royalties / publishing will be split fairly.  For placements with major artists or major labels, all samples/files must be cleared before seeking profit.  Sample clearance guaranteed and in good faith.
